Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Too Late Lab, operated by Mehmet Yaranona, Istanbul, Türkiye (“Too Late Lab”, “we”, “us”). When you use this website, or download, buy or use our software, your contract is with us.
Accepting these terms
By using this website or our software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Continuing to use the website or software after these terms are updated means you accept the updated version.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
Our products
Our products are software licences for music plugins and apps, such as KORDER. When you buy a product, you buy a licence to use the software, not the software itself. What the licence covers, including on how many devices you may use it, is as described on the product page at the time of purchase.
KORDER Lite is a free version of KORDER. You can use it without buying anything, and these terms apply to it as well.
Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), invoicing and refunds.
Payments, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. For refunds, see also our Refund Policy.
What you may not do
You may not:
- use our website or software for anything unlawful, or for fraud or spam;
- copy, share, resell or distribute our software, except as your licence allows;
- infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s, including by circumventing technical measures in the software or reverse engineering it, except where the law expressly allows this;
- interfere with the security of our website or software, including by uploading malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping the website by automated means.
Ownership
We own the software and the website, and all intellectual property rights in them. Your licence gives you the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of it to you.
Your music
What you make with our software, such as chords, patterns, loops and the music you build from them, is yours. We claim no rights in it. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you use with our software.
If you believe something on our website infringes your rights, write to support@toolatelab.app. We will review it and remove it where appropriate. We may terminate the licence of anyone who repeatedly infringes other people’s rights.
Availability
We work to keep our software and website reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system, host or setup. We may update, change or discontinue features.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend your access to our website or software, or terminate your licence, if you materially breach these terms, if payment for your order is not completed or is reversed, if your use creates a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously violate these terms. You may stop using our software at any time.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, our software and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of data, projects, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to our products or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing in these terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
